Odyssey Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavioral Technician / Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.
This position provides 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in clinic, home, and community settings.

Schedule:
- Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.
Clinic hours:
- Monday – Friday.
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Flexible scheduling within clinic hours.
- Schedules are created based on staff availability and client needs.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services.
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Collect and record behavioral data.
- Assist with behavior intervention plans.
- Support parent and caregiver training.
- Work collaboratively with BCBAs. RTBs, and clinical staff.
- Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and insurance.
- Ability to work with children in active environments.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children ages 0–16.
- Experience in childcare, education, or special needs support.
- College coursework in Psychology, Education, ABA, Speech, or related fields.
- No ABA experience required — paid training is provided.

Job Classifications:
- Behavioral Technician Level 1 - Entry level position, no experience necessary - paid training is provided.
- Registered Behavioral Technician Levels 2–5 - Various experience and education levels.
Pay:
- $9.00/hour (training period) - Paid training provided.
- $12.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on experience and/or certification).
